Stipend Structure: Commission-Based

  1. Per Sale Commission :
    • Earn 12% of each sale.
  2. Retention Bonuses:
    • 3-Month Retention: Earn an additional 2% commission for each customer retained for 3 months.
    • 6-Month Retention: Earn an additional 3.5% commission for each customer retained for 6 months.
    • 12-Month Retention: Earn an additional 4.5% commission for each customer retained for 12 months.

Exceptional Interns will get a fixed stipend ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month

To qualify as an exceptional intern, an individual must meet the following criteria: they must secure a minimum of 5 orders per month, with each order having a minimum value of ₹40,000, and consistently demonstrate the required level of performance in their tasks, client interactions, and overall contributions to the organization. Both the ₹40,000 order value and high performance are mandatory to meet the criteria.

Interns who perform exceptionally well may also receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
